Delivery

Delivery is considered complete once you receive the products. Orders are shipped via DAO or another delivery service. Delivery times are typically:

  • Within Faroe Islands/Denmark: 1-5 days
  • International: 10-15 days. 

Note: Delivery times may be longer during busy periods or difficulties in countries. For orders under DKK 499 (including VAT), a shipping fee of DKK 49 applies within the Faroe Islands/Denmark, and DKK 90 internationally. Orders over DKK 499 are delivered free of charge to a package shop. 

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

Orders are shipped once payment is confirmed. All prices on the website are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT. Payments are processed through a secure server using SSL encryption to ensure your information is protected.

Right to Complaint

Consumers are entitled to a 24-month complaint period under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means you can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction depending on the situation. The complaint must be justified and not due to misuse or other damaging behavior.

Complaints must be made within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. Complaints made within one month of discovery are always considered timely. If the complaint is justified, we will refund reasonable shipping costs with proof of payment. Items must be returned in proper packaging, and you should obtain a receipt for the shipment.

When returning an item, please describe the issue in details in an email with an attached picture. We do not accept packages without delivery information. Refunds are processed via manual bank transfer within 14 days of receiving the item. 

Right of Return

You have a 14-day right of return. The return period expires 14 days after you receive the item(s). If an order includes multiple items delivered separately, the period expires 14 days after the last item is received. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase by emailing mail@havdypp.com. You cannot cancel by simply refusing delivery without informing us.

Consumers are responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring the items are returned in good condition. Items should be returned in original packaging where possible. If the item is not returned in its original condition, any loss in value will be deducted from your refund. 

Important Information for Returns:
Please make sure to include a tracking number when returning your product. Additionally, send us an email at mail@havdypp.com with your order details and the reason for your return.

Damaged Items

If an item is damaged during shipping, you must report it to the shipping company on the same day to claim compensation. You are only liable for any diminished value of the item due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality. If the item is used beyond this, it will be considered used, and you may not receive a full refund.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock after you have placed an order, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option of a refund, waiting for the item to be back in stock, or choosing an alternative product.

Terms & Conditions - Retreats & Day Spa 

Booking and Payment:

  • Deposit: DKK 1,000.
  • Total Price: DKK 7,900.
  • Installments: The remaining balance is payable in two installments, 3 and 6 months after registration, unless the retreat date is closer.
  • Non-refundable: The retreat booking is non-refundable.

Insurance:

  • Participants must have their own insurance.

Liability and Waiver:

  • By participating in the 5-day retreat with Sp/F Havdypp in the Faroe Islands, I declare that I do so of my own free will and at my own risk. The program includes activities such as winter bathing, spa/sauna, ice bath, driving, boat trips, yoga, and hiking.
  • I confirm that I possess the necessary skills and knowledge to safely and responsibly engage in these activities. I am aware of any responsibility and risks of loss or damage that I may be exposed to as a result of these activities, whether it is personal injury or property damage. I fully understand the nature of the risks associated with these activities and their potential consequences.
  • I further declare that I am not under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
  • I acknowledge that any injury or accident that may occur as a result of using the facilities, including the house, sauna, ice bath, and spa, is my own responsibility, and I hereby release the organizer from any liability in this regard.
  • I understand that Sp/F Havdypp does not provide liability or accident insurance for me, and therefore I am not insured through Sp/F Havdypp in case of an accident during the activities.
  • In the event that my family or others are liable to Sp/F Havdypp or others for damages caused by me or my activities, I accept responsibility for any obligations to Sp/F Havdypp.
  • I hereby waive the right to seek compensation and/or recourse from Sp/F Havdypp or any person or entity that Sp/F Havdypp is responsible for, unless the damage or loss is due to gross negligence or intentional actions by Sp/F Havdypp. Compensation for such gross negligence or intentional actions shall be limited to the amount of direct loss.
  • I consent to Sp/F Havdypp processing my personal data in connection with my participation in the Havdypp Retreat in accordance with GDPR, applicable in the Faroe Islands.

Day Spa Terms and Conditions

Insurance:

  • Participants must have their own accident insurance. The spa area may be slippery and extremely hot, and participants are responsible for any accidents.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Full refund for cancellations made 4 weeks prior to the scheduled day spa.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made 2 weeks prior.
  • No refund for cancellations made 1 week prior.

By booking a day spa, participants acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
