Domestic Shipping

  • We offer fast and reliable shipping within Denmark and the Faroe Islands.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Please note that processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. We are also closed between Christmas and New Year's Eve.

  • We have shipping for only 49 DKK in Faroe & Denmark but you can also pick up your package for FREE at Stykkjavegur 14, 330, Faroe Islands.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide! Delivery times vary based on your location but it has a set fee of 90 DKK. 

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and you will receive a tracking number once your package is on its way.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.

Return

  • We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at mail@havdypp.com with your order number and reason for return together with a picture. 
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
  • The return shipping cost is always paid by the consumer.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
  • If you received a defective or damaged item, we are happy to replace it. Please contact us at mail@havdypp.comfor assistance. Note: This does not include soaps with different colors / shapes since they are handmade. 
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items such as used soaps cannot be returned.
  • Sale items are also non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the delivery company for assistance.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show successful delivery.
