How to sign up for a Subscription?

Select the product you want to subscribe to, choose the quantity, and pick your preferred monthly subscription before adding it to the cart.

How to make changes to my Subscription?

Log in to your account at the top right corner, and on your membership page you'll find a link that says "manage your subscription." From there, you can change your subscription.

How to cancel my subscription?

Log in to your account at the top right corner, and on your membership page you'll find a link that says "manage your subscription." From there, you can cancel it.

Can I add another product to my subscription and can I combine multiple subscriptions to save on shipping costs?

If you have a subscription created on August 10th and start a new one on September 20th, the deliveries will not arrive on the same day, and you will need to pay for shipping for both orders.

To have all items delivered on the same day and only pay for shipping once, you will need to cancel your existing subscriptions and create a new, combined one. Keep in mind that your order must still exceed 499 DKK to qualify for free shipping.

Is shipping free for subscriptions?

Shipping is free if your total order is over 499 DKK.

When will my subscription be shipped?

Your subscription is shipped within 1-5 working days from the day you started. For example, if you subscribed on September 10 and chose a 3-month frequency, your next payment and delivery will be on December 10.

Can I change the delivery frequency?

Absolutely. You can adjust the frequency of your deliveries (e.g., from every 3 months to every 1 month). The new delivery date will depend on the day you update your subscription.

What if I need my subscription earlier than the scheduled date?

If you need your products sooner than expected, get in touch with us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I skip a delivery?

Yes, you can! If you skip a delivery, your subscription will automatically move to the next scheduled date. For example, if you’re on a 3-month plan, your next delivery will be in 3 months.
